Qigong/Meditative Movement Class
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a traditional Chinese practice that means “working with Qi,” the vital energy that flows through the body. Often described as a moving meditation, Qigong combines gentle movements, focused breathing, and intention to cultivate physical vitality and inner calm.
In this introductory session, Mardi Crane-Godreau will guide you through foundational Qigong practices. Whether you're visualizing the movement of energy or engaging in physical flow, the practice invites a state of deep presence and relaxation.
No prior experience is necessary—just bring a willingness to explore the connection between breath, body, and awareness.
The first class is June 26th at 1:15 PM Free and open to all!
